IN CASE OF DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY:

We take extra care to ensure your products arrive safely. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, we can no longer control the shipping process. If your product arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Please reach out as soon as possible after receiving your damaged item.
2. Return the Damaged Product: To ensure a smooth replacement or refund, please return the damaged product in the condition you received it, along with all packaging and any accompanying items.

Once we’ve received the damaged product, we will arrange either:

• A replacement with an equivalent product, or
• A full refund
